I love how the wikipedia article repeatedly mentions "modern historians and journalists agree he was innocent", but literally nothing in the entire article offers a concise argument for that conclusion, other than the entire case itself being horribly mismanaged (which sucks but it doesn't really support either conclusion). It definitely makes it seem sus. I'm not an anti-semite but I despise the ADL and any other censorship organization so I wouldn't put it past them to make shit up (they definitely do it all the time).

Because there are no arguments in favor of Leo Frank. His entire defense was always literally "there was a nigger nearby, therefore it was the nigger." This is the only thing they could come up with, and it's the position the ADL defended historically too, as one of the most openly racist organizations in America.
It's only recently that the ADL started pretending that they're "anti-racist" now somehow. Because of this, they can't use the "it was the nigger" argument anymore, which was their only argument, so now they have exactly zero arguments.
