I cannot stand my Girlfriend; she is the bane of my existence. Everything I do has some issue to go along with it, I hate it. Just emotionally dissociate. It sounds like you two don't live together, so you can hard compartmentalize the time you're around her. Spend the rest of the time cheating or otherwise looking for her replacement. It's a lot easier to leave if you have a backup on standby.

Find a new place to live, move your stuff out, and leave her with the apt. Or if it's your house, pack her stuff for her and put it in the garage for her to take from there to her new place.
