Staph. Go to a clinic and make sure to finish the run of antibiotics or it will come back. The redness isnt super big and there are no streaks coming off of it so its probably not too bad rn unless its super deep. If the good touched your skin wash the area it touched really well, put neosporin on the wound and cover with bandage. Staph is one of those things that is easy to deal with but can kill you if you ignore it.
