I prescribe you eating 1 banana and 1 yogurt outdoors daily, morning and evening. you don't have to go anywhere, I used to just stand outside my back door for like 5 mins, but it will significantly help you. when you go back inside after it is a lot easier to just do the right thing instead of rotting all day.
I used to do it in the mornings to make it feel like my day was actually 'started' and at night so that I would brush my teeth
also don't masturbate more than 2-3x a week
otherwise idk. feelings of grief have never totally left me, I can't forget about stuff, but every day you spend making your world a little bigger that hole in your chest feels a bit smaller by comparison
