1. Jump in the hottest shower you can stand for as long as you can stand it, water hitting your FACE
2. Hot compress (hottest you can make it for as long as you can take it) applied to the Eustachian tube of the clogged nostril (left side of neck for left nostril, etc.) Those sodium acetate heat packs work ok for this
3. massive yawns and working jaw left and right to clear eustachian tubes
4. back in hot shower, this time with saline nasal rinse in a squeeze bottle. Do not give yourself naegleria by using shitty water. rinse nostril 1, then nostril 2, then wait 2 min, then repeat till bottle empty. You should get MASSIVE FUCKING GUNK out this way.
