I'm not sure what you're asking for.
You can click the right mouse button on them and then click "save image as". The links to each image are rule34.paheal.net/ext/home/counters/default/X.gif, where X is the number of the image, ranging from 0 to 9. The images are pixel art, I doubt you will find larger versions anywhere. They are GIFs, but you can easily convert them to PNGs if necessary using most image editing software.
