What are your thoughts on Rick and Morty?

Great until the writers changed in like season 4 or something

My favorite scene is when Morty gets a sexbot and comes down to the dining room to guzzle an entire carton of orange juice

The strangest thing happened. In 2024, the day after the election, I turned on my TV just to see who won what and then I turned it off. And, to this day, I've never turned it back on again. I don't know why and I didn't plan it that way but, you know, I just don't miss it.

I had hope it would be more like the pilot episode but instead we got Look Who's Purging Now and Lovefinderrz. Season one was nice so I stuck with it until a point.
Dropped it a good while back.

The first season was a bit unpolished. The second and third seasons were fantastic. It's been a downhill slide since then. I noticed female names appearing in the writing credits increasingly over time.

Jumped the shark after season 1. The Shoney's bit was funny but too niche.

The character development has been fantastic. Even the side characters have subplots going on.

I enjoyed the first season but never gave enough shits to keep watching it
