>>937939719 (OP)Well now, folks, you know, I've been thinking a lot lately, and, uh, it's about these... these logs of shit. Andy Sixx, they call him. And, you know, when I hear that, "logs of shit," it just… it gets stuck in my head. Like a, a broken record, almost. Every morning, I wake up, and there it is. Andy Sixx's logs.
Now, look, the fact of the matter is, we gotta address these things, you know? It's not just some… some fly-by-night operation. These logs, they're… they're substantial. Big, even. And, uh, you know, you think about the infrastructure, the, the sheer… volume of it all. It's a, a real challenge. Reminds me, you know, of when we were trying to get that bipartisan infrastructure bill passed. Roads, bridges, broadband internet… and then you got these logs. Same kind of… heft, you know? You gotta consider the supply chain. Where do these logs come from? Where do they go? Is it… is it American-made? That's what I want to know. Is it good for American jobs? Because, folks, we're building back better, and that means every log, every… every piece of… of the puzzle, it's gotta contribute to the American worker. And, uh, speaking of workers, you know, I was just talking to a fella the other day, good man, from Scranton, Pennsylvania, just like my dad used to say… he said, "Joe, you gotta focus on the basics." And these logs… they’re pretty basic, aren't they? Yes. Very basic. And, uh, you know, we're gonna make sure that… that no one… no one is left behind. Not even with these… these log situations. We’ll get it done.
