I.e. if your "moral consideration" ends at 7, then you consider impacts on every group up until and including group 7 in terms of morality.
Basically, when considering moral/political issues:
Conservatives cluster around groups 4-7 and as such will consider how the issue and its proposed solutions will impact groups up to and including "all people in their country".
Liberals cluster around groups 12-14 and as such will consider how the issue and its proposed solutions will impact groups up to and including "all animals on earth including paramecia and amoebae" or "all living things in the universe"
A lot of other research suggests this isn't actually true though (e.g. Dunbar's number), and simply what liberals SAY they care about - which would also coincide with liberals having higher rates of mental illness (you cannot possibly live a modern western life if you truly consider "all animals on earth including paramecia and amoebae" as part of your moral circle)
However it explains liberal shit like allowing mass immigration (this improves the life of the millions of third-worlders who come into the country, even if the people who were already there now have a worse life as a result) and something like the Bike Cuck comic
