just gooned to a cute twink/femboy. have I crossed the point of no return anons? are my days as a straight man over?

besides that, does anyone here have any experience with arch linux? specifically for gaming, I hate a shitty laptop so I've been meaning to install arch on it, I already run linux mint, but cinnamon is a little too heavy foe my taste. I'm planning to play tf2. will installing steam games be a hassle? would appreciate some guidance from the archgods.

you are no longer straight, anyway steam works fine on arch for me, the distro isnt really the issue, for me hyprland is just fucked with cs2 and i have to fiddle with it to get it working but just dont be a nerd and use x11 for now and steam games should all be fine, also dont bother manually installing arch just use archinstall tis much simpler and will end up with less issues

You never were straight. As for arch, go for cachyos, and no you won't have issues with steam. Cachyos os has a gaming package you can install after first boot that will install everything you need, you just need to boot steam (native) and install any game you want and you're good to go.

I moved to hyprland recently and I'm really loving it except for not being able to use 3dcoat because the Devs haven't updated it work with Wayland yet and I really want to avoid x11 if I can.

Go for cachyos, it's arch under the hood and has custom compiled gaming. TF2 will run without issue
