If you were able to travel back in time to fly-on-the-wall observe or photograph some event or thing in history, what would it be? You come back to present day after seeing what you wanted to. And video doesn't work across the time gap, so no new Zapruder films.

Mine would be time-lapse photograph the pyramids being built, and them probably a high quality pic of the full Rosetta stone before it was broken.
