Your meme references jews, not blacks. Blacks are always coached by jews. Look at every civil rights campaign and you'll see jews behind the curtains.
The facts of the matter are:
Black culture is poison to the black community, but this is a trend wherever a black slave culture existed. Sometimes, they're just economic and social separatists, but they live peacefully in the lands they occupy with others. In America, the scenario is amplified because jews constantly drive wedges between black people and white people. Civil rights addressed very few real issues and drove wedges where there weren't any before. forcing social change is the character flaw of the jew. It bears mention that nearly every president up to Trump, who isn't among them, descended from slave owners. Obama is included. I think there may be one or two others mixed in, like Reagan. Blacks vote for them thinking they're different, that they're for them.
Whether through ignorance or stupidity, black people are easy to manipulate when a payday is possible for them. This is because they're typically economically depressed. They don't do well in the white man's world, but they don't know anything else. As the gene pool is further diluted, they do better and better amongst us. Intelligence as it applies to the western world is a severely important factor.

The black folks who assimilate into the people of the land they live in often do very well. Part of black American culture is to violently separate from the culture who supports them. This is due to both intelligence and ignorance. Some people aren't smart enough to realize when they're wrong and it's easier to fool a man than it is to tell them they've been fooled. Also, try to be a white guy who sees this as plain as the big, wide noses on their faces telling them any of this. If they don't realize it organically, they won't believe it when someone smarter tells them. If they do, they ridicule each other right back to the bottom of black culture and never improve.
