I was doing research on him and found a Google doc with a list of sites. His handle was listed as the admin for a site. On a lark, I check the .moe archive for /b/, and other archives for 4chan (he was known to like 4chan) searching for posts that contain his handles, as well as posts containing links to his site. I find many posts on /b/ linking his site. The threads have the same picture you see in the OP, and often consist of a single period.
I click "view same" to see all the times that pic has been posted. Tons of results, always the link at the end the thread. He talks about starting his own site one day and how it will be a new 4chan, but better.
Lots of odd references to what seem like inside jokes, as if the posters have some knowledge of each other outside the threads. Eventually, it seems he stopped posting. But others seemingly continued and said they were waiting for him to come back and post updates. Maybe they still are, but the shit I saw was going back to 2017 or longer. Weird shit.
