What is this? Bought a house and found it in a room with a mat and pillow on the floor with syringes

It was hidden in a cabinet with syringes, the last owner was a trucker I think and I found a bunch of files with huge bonds for possession over the years.

Should I just get a kit from Amazon? It'd like powdered sugar and it's squeaky when you press it, I didn't open it to smell it I don't really trust it lol

its not grainy its very fine powder even more than flour, it feels very smooth that it squeaks and feels weird when you press it
