How the fuck is circumcision still legal? We talk a lot about freedom, rights, and personal choice, but somehow that stops the second someone decides what’s “better” for another person’s body. It’s not about culture or tradition, it’s about basic human respect. The idea that this kind of irreversible stuff is still happening legally blows my mind. How can we talk about bodily rights while ignoring one of the clearest violations of it?

When I was a kid, if someone was born with Hemophilia, there wasn't ANYTHING ANYONE could do. That kid would die, at some point before the age of 10. Safe, recombinant clotting factor was only invented in the 1990s, and generic engineering is a brand new thing.
