1. You advance a false premise. Clearly you are doing this for self-serving purposes . . . to berate "white" women. In fact, there is no data whatsoever that suggests "white" women wear any color of lingerie more or less so than any other race of women.
2. Black lingerie is by far the most common color of lingerie, after white. It accounts for 38% of all lingerie, while white accounts for 47%, and all remaining colors represent 15%. Thus, black is the most common "color" available (if one ignores "white").
3. Black lingerie is more common in the undergarment industry because it is considered easier to care for than white as it shows less blemishes, stains, snags, etc., and also covers up that which one does not want to show in the dark whereas white stands out against the night or darkness of a room.
4. Black lingerie is cheap. It is cheaper to manufacture because most lingerie is made of polyester, and dope-dyed black polyester uses black pigment during the polyester fiber production, thus no "color" need be added. Again, "black" is "cheap". Other colors (even white) require far more expensive dyes and production process to maintain the purity of the color. Put simply, if you have any irregularities in black dope-dyed polyester (black = cheap) it doesn't show up in the end product, so again black is once again cheaper because there is less waste in irregularities in production.
tl;dr
