I just learned there isn't a word in arabic for cousin, aunt, or uncle. Does this explain why they are so inbred? Maybe their cousins are still around making them the easiest people to mate with. They probably say stuff like "oh hes just my mothers sisters kid, so it's okay"

UMM AKSHUALLY they do exist.

The Arabic word for aunt is either خالة (maternal side), or عمة (paternal side). The two words for uncle are basically the same as the words for aunt just without the ة at the end.

As for cousin, ابن(ة) الخال(ة)/ابن(ة) العم(ة) are used. Note that the ة at the end makes the noun feminine.
