thanks, yeah I went to the automatic carwash and instead of paying for it once, you pay for a month of carwashes up to one a day.

Thing is, if they are using the washing machine every day ... that's a lot of electricity and water. It will increase the house's utility bills. You could say politely 'You are using the washing machine a lot, it does cost money, you know?'. I don't know how you do the bills, but, a calm word, might help? I don't know.
