What is Walmart like? It is a good place to shop at?

It's a good store, but it's really big and relies on government subsidies and destroys small businesses and communities while being a leech on the government, but if you can ignore all that, the shopping experience is pretty good.

Imagine walking around a really big warehouse with white walls, white floors and white aisles with giant signs telling you where everything is. Imagine an analog Amazon, but it's not as good.

It's so big you can get tired walking around and then go to the McDonald's inside to take a break from shopping. The closest thing I could think of in size might be Ikea.

Amazon has practically destroyed it.

Thatโ€™s capitalism, baby.

It can be anything you like. From a battle ground to a commune. Iโ€™ve even heard about firing ranges down in Florida.

Oh god no. Yeah the groceries there suck ass. I am so sorry for you. I would never buy groceries there. Every time I tried all the food seemed weird, like there is some sort of Walmart essence to it, and that it's somehow fake or less than what it should be. Like its soul is gone. I don't know how they do it. It's almost impressive how bad the food is. But outside of food, I would say it's a pretty good store. Like if you wanna buy a TV or some basic clothing or some cheap and okay furniture. I honestly haven't been in a Walmart for a long time. I really hope Amazon kills it. Even though Amazon is kind of an evil company too at least it doesn't leach off the government and uglyfy cities with dumb ugly stores and oceans of asphalt.

i heard they have a dedicated greeter, a dedicated bagger and they force their cashiers to stand up. maybe an american can verify this

honestly the greeter and baggers would just make me uncomfortable, id rather go about my day with minimal interactions with strangers. at my supermarket i can do my shop and the only words i have to say are "card please"

Amazon is online sales. Walmart is groceries. How could Amazon take over Walmart?

amazon is tried physical stores before.
No one had any clue how it worked you could just walk in and take shit and it would """"""somehow""""" charge your amazon account

Its nice in rural areas, but in big cities the subhuman trash that fills the store keeps any self respecting white man away. They have some stuff thats cheaper than Amazon so I buy them online and get it delivered.

Greeter is there to greet, tell you where the toothpaste is, and to check your receipt when you're exiting.
You pay and check out at a self-checkout counter. There is one guy in charge of six checkout counters. He will help remove items you accidentally rung up twice or whatever.
