These do not exist in latin and nor do cars,or advanced college level education exist in latin because it was invented during and after the middle ages,way after french,middle german and the italian dialects emerged. Its just not practical to use it in any field since it got replaced by local dialects that evolved to become languages. For example do you think it would be more proper to describe a spanish galleon in spanish kr in a language that had died 1000 years prior to its conception? What about a brain surgery? Neurosurgery is a XXth century science fundamentally based on the knowledge of english and german. Can you even imagine naming all those proteins and genetic abnomalies in latin? Down syndrom,kleinfelter,turner syndrome,poliploidy,aneuploidy,cranial nerves etc. it may be doable with a considerable effort but it would be exhausting
