How many days in a row do you wear the same underwear? I will sometimes go 3-4 days unless I get really sweaty, then I change them. Is that gross? I never really thought about it. If they're not dirty why change them.

One pair of underwear per day. My underwear doubles as a cum rag so I need to change it frequently

It depends how many clean pairs I have left.

I change my underwear every 3 hours. (Yes, even at night I have alarms set to wake up and change my underwear)

I rarely or almost always never use underwear. my tiny pecker is too small to be noticed, even with erection.

I change mine everytime I bathe. I work from home so I don't bathe every day. This is rare though and I bathe most days.
