been dieting for 9 weeks and lost 33lbs
i wanna lose weight faster i think im gonna start doing omad idk. I just feel like i could lose more faster i already do two martial arts
idk i feel like im not losing weight fast enough

don't get too lightheaded
if you're training that hard & eating that little, you might be electrolyte deficient
but yeah, one meal a day might be good

meh, not really
experiment with sodium, potassium, magnesium
i've done 3-day fasts a few times
the electrolytes are a pain in the ass, but if you tweak them right, you feel great

couldn't say
i don't lose much weight from them either, but i did lose 1-2 lbs each time
if your diet/training is sustainable & you're losing weight, just keep doing that
but yeah idk
