Yes, this is fake fighting. Everyone watching knows it's fake fighting. It's about telling emotional stories inside and outside the ring - it's a storytelling medium.
Enjoying pro-wrestling is about the concept of kayfabe. You embrace the fact that it's a fake sport and that the wrestlers are, in fact, mostly athletic actors who have trained for years to put on live action fake fights. It can be serious at times, goofy at others, and you just sort of embrace it for the entertainment value.
It's not for everyone but it's for more people than one might initially think. The goal of a real fight is to hurt each other. The goal of a pro-wrestling match is *not* to hurt each other while making it look like you are.
People get hurt. It can be dangerous stuff. But the point is entertainment not competition.

Although Stardom is the biggest women's wrestling company in Japan (and second biggest wrestling company overall), a lot of people like Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling, which has a much more "friendly" and leans more into fun stuff than straight up fighting. I don't find the wrestling as good but they do all sorts of silly stuff that's more just meant to make people laugh. A lot of them are failed idols and they lean into that.

The last two matches in OP are hers and area really worth watching if any of this interests you at all.
