Does anyone else think about these years a lot? I still can't quite understand where it went wrong, as the first two, maybe three years of the 2010s weren't all that bad. I was in college at the time and nobody cared about racism or politics, gender ideology or any of that, mostly because average looking dudes could still get laid.

Then it's like it all switched so quickly. People less than 5 years younger than me are open communists, trannies etc and it's perceived as high status. They would get totally ignored in a 2008 high-school, we thought people obsessed with politics back then had some type of learning disability.

Why wasn't the QoL in these years sustainable long term? What went so catastrophically wrong?

People say that because they didn't care/weren't involved.

Zoomers often say that no one cared about politics during the Iraq war years, because they werent born yet or just watching kids TV and playing video games.
