Calling all doctors of /bant/

Why do my thumbs generate hard white cysts and then peel which relieves the cysts. This happens over and over again and it's been happening for like 2 years.

My Dr. just said "lol idk" and then berated me for 5 minutes for not working out enough.

i used to get those fairly often
i think it stopped when my skin got dirtier & less healthy, funnily enough

it might be a combination of soft skin & handwashing stripping the oils
that's a complete shot in the dark though, i don't know what the white things are

Yeah it's definitely cysts. They get super hard and feels big under my skin and even pushes my nail off of the nail bed sometimes. Then the peeling starts and the cyst immediately disappears. They might have to name this shit after me. It will be called Retarditis

Could be fungal infection, eczema, psoriasis, excessive hand washing or rubbing, contact with harsh chemicals or enzymes that break down protein.
