I've been about 3 weeks no sex as a married sex haver. Usually it's every other day unlike most marriages. I don't feel any different. Why you guys cry and whine about nofap is beyond me. Sounds like you've developed addictive behaviors towards self pleasure. You should see a therapist about that. The rest of you wanting some life changing effects from nofap should go change your life and lifestyle instead of trying to sell nofap snake oil.
