i've never had an issue with continual use of alcohol. Stress builds up and the craving becomes too intense and then i binge every 2-3 months. However I found out this is due to aceytlcholine excess which can be helped with antihistamines and taking sodium acetate to produce the same benefits as drinking alcohol to destroy the excess acetylcholine (baking soda + vinegar, carefully mixed and settled)
