Okay so I did it, I stopped cumming for a week.
It wasn't that hard, I think I was pretty tired so I wasn't really in the mood anyway but still, it's the first time I go a whole week without beating my meat or anything else.
I know some of you guys go for months or a year at a time, I know a week is super short, I'm not trying to brag or anything, I just wanted to ask, is it normal not to feel any change ?
I was pretty excited cause I thought my anxiety would go down but I still feel like I'm gonna pass out if I'm around too many people, I still feel tired, basically nothing changed.
But the studies say you get a T spike on day 7 so I should at least have felt that right ? At least one day. But no, nothing happened.
Do I need to go longer ? Is it a total meme ? If the studies agree about the T spiking on day 7 it means it definitely has an undeniable real effect on the body but I don't know I didn't feel it.
Male abstinence is definitely a politically incorrect topic. Political agents talk about it often, like the Kerassenstein brothers and many more.
