>>22878596Damn, that's rough. Well, you can still plant some (not many) varieties of hardneck garlic if your winters are that rough. Most websites will give you a heatmap for what they recommend based on your location. Yield mostly depends on the variety and sunlight though. I'm harvesting the three varieties I planted for my mother this evening when I visit, but they were shaded by an apple tree so they're not too impressive.
