she wasn't a great parent, was often drunk and had strange men around when I was very young, then was mostly absent after dad got custody and raised my brother and I
I don't hate her though, she's more like a distant acquaintance than anything now

I used to want to, but I knew she had a terrible childhood growing up and a hard life, she was getting older, and the best thing I could do was understand and tell her how much I loved her before she died. Call her a cunt after she is gone.
