Fren you need a reason to get out of bed. If you had a job where you had to wake up for at the beginning of each day your sleep schedule would be fixed. I have the same issue. If I NEET I stay up until 9am and it ruins my life.

serious answer: I have struggled with this my whole life, I just naturally want to stay up later and later, what helped me was buying some cbd gummies and taking them about 30 mins before I want to go to sleep, they've been great at helping me regulate a healthy bedtime
