You're no fun, you just generalize and label without fulling comprehending.

Anime might as well be made in Japanese sweatshop.

It’s just a term; I have seen marvel and some of it is good but I prefer DC. Never seen that Spider-Man movie though. The MCU Spider-Man is awful.

I know, they should make Peter Parker a gay little English boy.

Oh wait...

I think No Way Home is actually one of the worst movies I have ever seen

I think the movies are pretty energetic, and lively, and have a lot of different interesting ideas featured in the films, that make it that much more interesting and entertaining. They’re not stale, or predictable. Spiderman was always a pretty colorful character in the 60s and I thought they did a good job harkening back to the characters roots.

I already had this discussion on tv but Spiderman is supposed to be a modern relevant and hip character anyway, which means constantly changing. The Raimi films did a specific take on the character well, that it would be trite to redo it.

They tried going with a “darker” more gritty tone in the amazing films but a lot of people didn’t like that. Spiderman is not meant to be a chud or an incel.

He’s not really that traditional of a character.

I have liked comic books my whole life and the gritty lone vigilante steeped in grimdark despair and nihilism is uninteresting to me, I thought they did a good job involving different characters into the film, because I think specifically not only is spiderman an example but the lone hero thing is a bit overdone and played out, people have gotten sick if it anyway which is why DC tried to copy Marvel and make Superman more colorful with a bunch of different characters.

Anyway, that’s not really the point I was trying to make you made me get off topic
again by constantly avoiding behind direct, changing the subject.

I think the 90s Spider-Man cartoon was the best Spider-Man as it was both classic and not too dated, with a consistent and building storyline. The MCU version seemed distorted around the rest of the MCU already being established. The best MCU films were the ones that either didn’t have too many connections (Doctor Strange) or started it out (second Captain America, Iron Man). I think the flaw of MCU Spider-Man was it had to be tied so deeply into the Avengers which took away from the characters essence.

I liked DCEU Superman, I actually really liked the Snyder films, they got hate because everyone was expecting MCU but DC bur instead he took the material with full seriousness

What was the original topic and what was I avoiding?
