He mixes in this delicious spicy marinated chicken and pork into the rice that he gets at a local butcher and he uses fresh chicken eggs. As in laid that very same day cos his mom raises chickens and I dunno what else he does with it, but he does something or puts in something that just amplifies the overall taste.
