Maybe they need a leader. Be a good example and lead from your position as prey. Might get across to higher levels easier as a victim than trying push them otherwise. All see something admirable and change by degrees until they're good.

You're probably fine though. Don't let suggestion be reality through you. What should be is more important than what is suggested. Try to maintain your normal, other influences less influential than your retention of reality. IE if you get the suggesrion from somewhere something is going on, then reject that. Defend your normal. Just because you are being monitored doesn't give you a "freak out over nothing" card. Show them you can be an asset not a danger and they might recruit you. Just be normal and do every day things you would normally do too so they get a full picture of who you are as a person. There are worse things than temporarily being monitored by some kind of intelligence agency.

We're kinda surveiling eachother here, and we're friends. Things can change a lot and we'll still have this as backup for normal. Things can get better, have a beautiful day, and that normal, trying to bring that back to friends and upgrade base/common/remembered normal is nice. Can geet better together. A good leader would donthat. Make it better for everyone/friends. Try to have it good, and spread that, maybe, maybe keep it secret, but used as their good, so bad can be felt easier and addressed, trying to make it all good, make what was beutiful normal, active, linked, so you can meet friends in a beautiful world, no problems.
