Why doesn't 4chan have a blue board equivalent of /bant/ or /b/?

It seems like it would be pointless and it wouldn’t really work very well.

Think about it, what range or limit would there be when it comes to topics that are allowed? They wouldn’t really be able to say that random discord threads are against the rules because then the off topic main subject wouldn’t be in practice, you would almost have to have a man subject or point to the board for it to be blue and then it wouldn’t be “off topic”
