About to go to the liquor store, again. Someone stop me please.

I wish drinking didn't give hangovers. My last hangover i seriously couldn't sleep at all. I felt perfectly fine until I tried sleeping, the worst swelling headache.

you're just gonna die in bed one day when your stomach veins eventually become varicose & burst
my dad vodka-maxxed for a long time, but managed to quit
only problem is now he has perpetual heartburn & has to take PPIs which have psychological side effects
do literally any other vice or coping mechanism in my opinion
alcohol is a good anxiolytic, but the toll it takes and the choices you make on it lead to much more stress in the medium and long run
