i get that but personally i like not seasoning it too much since the base flavour itself is so good

I was invited to an eid celebration once and it was honest to God an amazing day we eat that delicious lamb then play soccer it was quite the experience

chanterelles is just this mushroom (its delicious)
lingonberrys is just what google translate gives me when i type in lingon so i guess maybe there isnt a english word for them, its just a kinda sour but tasty little berry that when made into jam pairs particularly well with venison, and also boarmeat as a matter of fact

Mammal organs are pretty similar to each other. My brother doesn't eat pork for a similar reason.

It's tastier than beef. Although our breed of cows here are not very fatty.

That being said - nothing better than fatty pork belly and a pork shank with the skin on.
