I just woke up (morning) and I was smugly smiling that I have 300g of yesterday's air fried teriyaki chicken in my fridge, only then noticing that the air fryer tray was slightly open and looking inside I saw perfect chicken breast fillets just lying there in room temp air. Why the fuck am I so absent-minded, I made them yesterday and managed to only eat one, now the rest are ruined because they just sit there in 23C degrees for 15 hours. Fuck this shit.

It could already have nasty bacteria that has released toxins. I hesistated of just air frying them further @ 200C for 10 mins to kill everything but I just dumped them in the trash.
