ADHD meds shrink your brain also there’s a chance that because it’s basically a stimulant like speed that it also ages your brain by like 50 years

Just learn to live with your “adhd”

Its over for me anyways. Might as well squeeze everything i got before i turn 30. This way there is at least a way. Also from what i know taking some of these meds as a kid actually sorta fixes the brain. Know a friend where just that happened. I just never got any meds nor did i "grow out" of adhd so i have no other choice rn.

Im not from discord either. Also no allergic reaction as i feel fine.

So you take the risk of doing who knows what to your brain and think that it’s an easily predictable outcome? It could be your ability to relate and feel emotions, your memory, plus do you really want a shrunken brain?

>So you take the risk of doing who knows what to your brain
Its well documented what it can do to you. There is the usual increased pulse and calorie burn and also a risk of addiction but i could find nothing about the pills im taking somehow negatively affecting the brain. Its the slight opposite in fact. The worst that can happen is a rebound effect after they wear off but you know, one hour of worse than average brain power is well worth the 5-8 hour increase of it.

> It could be your ability to relate and feel emotions
Im already autistic. I see things as true as can be. If NTs think i fellate them enough they can fuck off lol. I feel quite mellow right now actually too. Rid of the ADHD and embracing the 'tisim, nothing people like you can fear more.

You’re hopeless

Whatever adhd you have could possibly get worse by having a shrunken prefrontal lobe which is not all too dissimilar to a lobotomy

Still no source. What drugs are you even talking about that do that?

>Whatever adhd you have could possibly get worse
Its guaranteed over for me without them anyways. They actually reduce adhd in the long run, especially when taken young, but even if what you say is somehow true its still better to get somehow established and not be a NEET than be doomed for NEETdom for ever.
Im already behind because my adhd never got treated.

Yes that's what happens when you are dependent on a substance or otherwise addicted to narcotics.

No, you don't need speed.

Because you have no discipline. Again, you don't need speed you need to stop being a childish faggot and apply yourself. Discipline is cultivated. It isn't an overnight thing. But yep, taking speed for the rest of your life is a great idea!

>the doctors and experts say it works sweaty so there!
Yep same doctors that think cutting a child's penis off is a good idea and healthy for their development. Same doctors who were throwing oxycontin around like candy in the 2000s and 2010s. Same doctors who used to say smoking was good for your lungs. Same doctors that said taking the clot shot was a necessity, same doctors that said ivermectin didn't work, same doctors that said... Etc etc etc

The list is practically endless. It's speed. It's an addictive drug. Anyone who tells you they aren't addicted to it who has been taking it for any considerable period is in denial or bullshitting you.

Enjoy your oral akethesia, enjoy your fried dopamine receptors, enjoy being a drug addict. Because that's what you are or will become when you take speed. It's quite literally that simple.

dude that's straight not true, the its meth argument is ignoring the way it works. You wouldnt call Vicodin heroin.. or anyone with sever chronic pain wouldnt from say a car accident.

ADHD meds can improve your life greatly if you have ADHD, I was diagnosed as a kid and used to take them and honestly I'd take them for school again. If you have ADHD you're able to focus on one thing, I'm all for not being a redditor but that doesn't mean be a retard. It's medicine retard

Reading this, I know you don't know because you only read headlines but reads like a southern politician explaining what they believe marijuana is

I'd choose buying coke over groceries, I wouldn't do that for ADHD meds. I also tried abusing them as a kid because I didn't know it large amounts YOU ARE taking a slow acting meth

BUT you're not high like meth, it's not an ENJOYABLE HIGH it's completely different but you're fucking retarded nigger who just spews shit

What do you mean by drive? Just being able to focus on stuff or the kick of energy you get? Im experiencing the latter right now but I'd much rather have the mellow feeling instead. I got enough energy already, i just need to sit still and focus you know?
Anyways we'll see if taking two pills with a quarter of a day between them will make anything better once i talked to the doc again.

at therapeutic doses, under ideal conditions, yes
if you fuck around with the dosage, or start staying up all night repeatedly, or are under high stress & use it for that, then it won't have positive effects

wdym? I don't want to debate him. Just wanted to know what the "drive" he is referring to is and why it would be desirable. Im asking because i don't feel quite the same effect if with "drive" he is referring to focus.

It's difficult to explain. It's energy, but not just energy. My ADHD is inattentive, so I do need the energy to an extent, but it doesn't particularly make me focus. I guess the best example is that it gives me the same sort of feeling as watching some cool retarded "just do it" video. I get a burst of drivenness to just do things I'd be otherwise hesitant about

Ah that clears up everything. Im the opposite you see and i need the pills so i can sit down instead of rising to action. That's the 'mellowness' im referring too. Do you also get it with inattentive ADHD?
