Here's how it works. Whites have an outgroup bias due to hating their own race. So they go and hire random brown people. Then those brown people manage to move up either because white boomer man or the HR whores in charge want to prove how not racist they are. Then that brown person in a high position goes ahead to only hire other brown people. The few white people left around then go on to say about how much they love diversity and shit and then wonder why young white people are so gosh darn lazy and refuse to work.

I can't hate people hiring within their own race. It's only natural.
