How the fuck does a ban go from 15 minutes, to 24 hours, to 3 days without me doing this? What kind of Jewry is this?

I have had a 15 minute time out turn into a 3 day ban. AFAIK that usually indicates a janny put you on timeout then requested a mod to look into/ban you for the offending post.
