How much coffee do you drink per day?

normally two espressos
sometimes three, or an extra 100mg caffeine pill once or twice, or some green tea

None anymore. But around 2-4 strong pads per day.
Stopped because i have such an resistance and the side effects are not worth it desu.

Sure does.

I drink one hot coffee in the morning and one iced coffee in the afternoon. I use about 30g of beans per day

I'm hesitant to drink it because I'm worried that it will make me anxious.

I drink tea though. Sometimes coffee. I like to put a single coffee bean in my mug and crush it with the back of my spoon and put that in my tea. I would chew on the chunks.

used to top 3-4 espresso shots per day thanks to a nespresso machine making it too easy
never paid for official pods either
then I stopped in Jan and had severe withdrawal symptoms, it was killing my sleep
now I do 1 cup max and not after 1pm, the main reason being no other hot drink is so tasty and fulfilling. this I can manage
