yeah I get you. it’s hard when your mind gets overwhelmed and then goes black all of a sudden and you start blurting out some random chain of mismatched words that can be easily taken out of context by someone who isn’t in the room. I don’t know if it’ll help you, but for me I usually find that watching an episode or two of anime calms be down for a few hours afterwards. although I it’s mostly because it distracts me and I end up gushing to myself over how cut the anime girls are. not a healthy coping mechanism but an effective one for me.
