I have a shitty disorder and it makes me sick to my stomach. I don't know how to prevent it from spiking randomly, half the time I just think myself into a pit of dread.

Driving me up the wall, I can't do anything.

It's actually anxiety and stress, and it's stimulated because your caffeine/theine intake is too high.
Also don't eat too much plant-based greens, and don't eat cold food; let it rest at ambient temperature first.
Oh, and avoid energy drinks.

But the most important thing is to remove yourself from your stressful environment.

Its a severe disorder. I drink a total of zero caffeine or energy drinks and my environment is home, thats all it is since its summer, and its been that way for awhile.

I'm doing everything in my power naturally but I'm still sick to my stomach at night, I don't know how to get over this bullshit. Its driving me insane.

that's why it's the most important
the easiest thing to do is drugs, then you stay stressed out forever but the reasons get more and more foggy

I've tried many different long term meds before, antidepressants, anxiety, adhd, etc. The only thing they've done was made me feel very numb and lobotomized. They didn't even help a little bit with any of the stuff it was supposed to be treating.

To prevent myself from having a panic attack I take short term meds that pretty much just force my body to calm down and it makes me go to sleep, but my mind still races.

you should think about that further
when you live in a stressful environment for long enough and don't feel in control of it, you tend to lose awareness of it as a matter of survival
getting on meds before having any sort of self-awareness about your situation is a bad idea
try to change your life first

Well my parents are big stressors in my life, the fact that they have some sort of authority over me (as of now being financially), but I can't think of any way I could possibly get out of my house when my anxiety prevents me from working as well and theres a huge housing crisis in canada right now.
