Men actually have a time in each month where we have a hormonal spike that causes us to be more emotional than normal. A boiperiod if you will. You can look this up. Anyways you will feel better in a few days if you just carry on like an aryan and cast the sad thoughts and memories away like dumbledore.

No thoughts really, I just lose interest in everything and sleep all day. And have bad dreams, but I can't really remember them I just know it was bad.

likely you started yearning for things you don't have, just put those thoughts in the garbage bin and you'll be happy

as much as I hate therapy because it feels like school and just not ruminating can go a long way in itself these pills aren't a replacement for therapy and that's probably the best way to cure deppresion

true in most cases
i think sometimes people have a bad experience with one or two therapists and then jump straight to pills, but it's a good idea to shop around for a few therapists to find one you click with

my first therapist had a bulge in his pants while trying to talk to me I was with my dad, my dads old school and I'm a boy so he just laughed and we left early and my dad made some excuse as to why I wasn't going back I think he thought I didn't notice lol, I remember a kid coming out alone before I came into the office with my dad and the nigga looked traumatized .

then I got a great therapist who was a vet and was tremendous, he was a level headed man who didn't look at anything with a bias. He was really cool he was really old when I was a kid and he's probably not with us anymore

The jumping therapy tell you find the right person is more real than ever now

he used to tell me about how they were starting to teach sjw polices to therapists HAD to use, this is before we had funny buzzwords like triggered or the word sjw was even made up to describe him I think about him a lot and how I'll never find a therapist like him again or if they're even allowed to be just normal anymore. My most recent therapist seemed level headed but could lean into neo liberal buzzwords
