Are dog owners (especially urban ones) mentally ill? They buy what is essentially a domesticated wolf, trap it inside a confined space, and also pretend that it's their "fur baby" or family member. These fur babies are constantly barking and causing trouble because you're not supposed to have so many domesticated, territorial wolves packed into one urban environment.
