The master is located under the second panel located under the lower starboard wing tip. There are six access screws. Two of them have a marking, one an alpha-numeric, one numeric followed by 2 wingdings and a four letter manufacturing code. The sixth letter will indicate which screw counterclockwise from the screw left of the alpha numeric marked screw. The first screw in the sequence must be removed in a clockwise direction otherwise on risks a fatal fuel dump. After that, follow the numerical- wingding sequence alternating between clockwise and counterclockwise until all the screws are removed granting access to the master panel. Pretty much basic electronics verifying the 728 various circuits that keep that plane safely operating.
