the natural answer would be the one with the most intelligence, but then you have to factor in life enjoyment, in some ways I think dolphins might be the most intelligent, but being an ape or a monkey might be more fun even if you're not as intelligent. octopus would be a good pick but they're so heavily predated on your whole life would be a stealth mission. anyone picking a non-intelligent species is just meming.
