It's clear cut old English that's explicit in a sense.
There's a write-up at the beginning of each book of its context in the whole story of the Bible, that keeps you on track.
The margins are helpful notes and highlights or clarification of translations.
It's the first fully complete translation to English.
Was the book of the pilgrims escaping persecution in Europe.
Translation was conferred with original texts and other translations I believe.
KJV isn't all bad but Geneva is better.

i'd also recommend pulling up constable's expository notes on the right panel, they have a slight protestant bent but i feel he does he a good job of fairly showcasing other interpretations within and outside of protestantism on passages and explaining which one is correct.

Psalm 126 is a good test. KJV has the phrase "we were like unto them that dream", while the DR has "we were like men consoled".
