The margins are helpful notes and highlights or clarification of translations.
It's the first fully complete translation to English.

You won't find those words in any Greek manuscript in existence. Psalm 126 is a good test. KJV has the phrase "we were like unto them that dream", while the DR has "we were like men consoled".
