I'm starting a new job Monday and its shit
I was unemployed a year and this is it
I'm aiming to apply for a number of grad schools by the end of the year and save enough and move out of my family home
I should have listened to my Chinese classmate and chosen advanced academia right away since I couldn't an internship before graduation, it would've been better than losing my mind debt climbing getting rejection letters
its that and work towards being a digital nomad if grad school doesn't work out, hybrid programs make this possible and I embrace the future, I need plans A-Z on what just works to make me fulfilled in life
>TLDR
How does one manage with delayed gratification? Not just grinding, but finding good shit to do while working hard that keeps you motivated
